WE OFFER COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING WORLDWIDE.

The estimated time to ship will differ depending on the respective delivery timelines mentioned against each product. Our products are shipped as per the timelines mentioned on the product page.

We also offer ‘Ship to Store’ facility to customers within India. To pick your order from a Gaurav Gupta flagship store please email us after placing your order at 11.11tareng@gmail.com

For store pick up you will need to carry a valid Id proof (Driving license, Passport etc) for identity and billing address verification.

All deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, this excludes bank holidays and weekends. A signature is required upon delivery. If you are not available to accept delivery the courier company will leave a calling card and/or send a notification via SMS/Call or Email to advise that delivery has been attempted. If the parcel is not successfully delivered to you, it will be returned to us.

Additional postage charges will be applicable for further delivery in case the parcel is returned to us.

RETURNS

‘We want you to love your shopping experience with us, but if something isn’t right, do kindly let us know.

As a standard company protocol across all direct point of sales, 11 Tareng does not endorse any return or exchange policy irrespective of a domestic or international order, neither on off the rack nor on made to order pieces except in case of the below mentioned exceptional scenarios:

If the merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective.
If there is an irreparable technical issue with an altered/ordered piece against the client specifications, for example – sizing issue, fabric covering, color mismatch, length issue, etc.
If there has been an unprecedented delay in your order and 11 Tareng has not notified you of the same, within 1 week from the date of order placed.
In all the above scenarios, the client must notify 11Tareng.com about the issue over a call or Whatsapp during business hours but most importantly with an email stating the concerns clearly along with the images of the problem areas in the outfit within 24 hours of receiving it.

However, it is only after receiving an acknowledgment of the same from 11Tareng.com, you may send the outfit back to us for the necessary corrective actions. Unsolicited returns will not be received without authorization. The customer will be responsible to pick-up products sent without prior intimation. Once the garment is received by 11 Tareng, please be informed that the sole discretion of accepting the return and/or exchange of the rejected piece lies with 11Tareng.com only based on the timelines and quality of the returned piece. While returning the outfit please ensure that the merchandise is unused, and is in a properly sealed condition as you received it, with its original packaging.

The decision however will be taken within 2-3 business days of receiving the outfit and you will be duly notified of the same. All approved returns and/or exchanges are given in the form of Credit Notes with a maximum validity of 6 months and are redeemable solely at 11Tareng.com and any of the flagship stores across Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad & Kolkata. The Credit Notes can be redeemed during the End of Season Sale period as well.

All Credit Notes issued are for the MRP amount only and do not include any applicable shipping/duties or tax amount.

No returns or exchanges are allowed on discounted outfits.


ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. In the event of a cancellation, the full payment (100%) will be forfeited and treated as the cancellation fee for all cancellations. Kindly take note that our brand’s policy does not include the provision of refunds.
